BRASS RING

Dries Van Noten-ponytail
Isn't this ponytail simply perfect? I have scoured the web to find this elusive brass ponytail ring -- no success. I might be making a Home Depot run this weekend, unless any of my lovely readers know where i could get my paws on one???

One a completely different note, i'm dying to find a new blog to fall in love with & am always wondering about my readers...so i thought it'd be fun if you guys left a link to your blog in the comments below :)

i love that idea! i have very long hair, and when i want to make a pony tail appear sophisticated and sleek, i will wrap some of my hair around the band to disguise it (sort of vintage barbie doll style). the hard brass metal provide a great textural contrast to soft hair.

if you love vintage accessories, cocktails, food, film, poetry, professional office looks, and general grumblings and ramblings, check me out:

I really like the pony tail ring, adds something stylish to a basic pony tail!

I am a new blogger, and basically write about anything! I'm from England, love clothes and shop far too much for my bank balance! If you feel like taking a look;

Hmm, I wonder if your have to have pretty thick hair in order to make the brass ring stay at on the end of the ponytail. Either way, it's still a really cool accessory. I have no idea where you can find one but making a Home Depot run sounds completely fine...and alot cheaper in the long run too maybe.

If you click on my name it should take you to my blog. I blog about sweets.....you know desserts and I take a lot of photos. :) I am also a fan of yours. I found a great fitting BEBE blazer at my Goodwill to wear casually after watching one of your Thrift store hauls. I am wearing it in one of my recent posts when I met Teresa Guidice from Real Housewives of New Jersey!

Now that my hair is getting long-ish, I'm always searching for new ways to put it up - this is great!

I used to live in Minneapolis and found your blog with a little searching so I could stay in touch with the community and goings on. :)

I found this blog post where the girl does the same thing with rings. She also ties bun with bracelets.
